Key features of the 2.4GHz STD-503 transceiver modules:

  • DSSS (Direct Sequence Spread Spectrum) modulation and true diversity circuit, enabling reliable communications even in the congested 2.4 GHz band.
  • European EN300 440, U.S FCC Part 15.247, Canadian IC RSS-210 and Japanese ARIB STD-T66 compliance.
  • Channel stepping option controlled via CHC pin.
  • A true diversity receiver (two built-in receiver circuits).
  • Module settings using dedicated commands.
  • Data communication uses a transparent interface.
  • Low power operation.
  • 77 channels.
  • On-board temperature sensor.

Key features of the STD-601 transceiver modules:

  • Selectable bands, 28-137 channels available within each (400 version) and 136 channels with 434 version.
  • Low current consumption: 26mA (TX 10 mW, 3V) (434 version), 35mA typ. (TX 10mW, 3V) (400 version).
  • Serial asynchronous data input / output transparent interface (400 version).
  • Narrowband transceiver with frequency range of 433.0750 - 434.7750MHz (434 version).
  • Transparent input / output interface enables own protocols to be used (434 version).
  • Internal level shifter allows easy interface to external micro controllers (434 version).

More about Data Transceivers

The STD-503 radio transceiver is a compact module developed for industrial applications that require stable and reliable operation. The module complies with the European EN300 440, U.S FCC Part 15.247, Canadian IC RSS-210 and Japanese ARIB STD-T66 standards, making it ready for the global market. The module's configuration can be set easily via the UART interface using dedicated commands.

The STD-601 miniature narrowband transceiver is suited for rugged, electrically noisy, industrial environments where good channel selectivity is a requirement. The modules feature selectable RF power output and bit rates.
